As a customer, if you would like you can return a product within 15 days of receiving and receive a full refund. The product must be in new, resellable condition as it was when originally delivered to you. This is at the discretion of our judgement and if the item shows signs of use we might be unable to issue a refund.

Please note the product must have been purchased from our web shop and not from a retailer or elsewhere, and the return shipping cost unfortunately cannot be covered.

Upon receiving the product that you're returning, you will receive an email that confirms a successful registration of your return. When this email has been sent, you will then know that the return will be processed and can expect a refund of the full cost excluding shipping into your account as soon as possible.
