Every order that is received will be sent out as quickly as possible, with each purchase receiving an order confirmation email with all details included.

Orders in the UK aim be delivered between 3-4 business days. Europe should be between 3-5 business days, with international deliveries taking between 5-7 business days. Please note that these times aren’t exact and we will make sure to inform you if we expect your order to not be delivered in these proposed times.

 

All products are dispatched from the United Kingdom, shipping worldwide. The prices stated on the website are exclusive of shipping costs.  Shipping cost varies depending on country- Please select your country at checkout when placing you order  to see your delivery price. You will then be able to see the total cost of your order including the shipping fee. The shipping fee is at the expense of the client. We work with a number of different couriers to ensure the minimum shipping cost possible.

If you are wondering why the shipping cost is relatively low for international deliveries, that is because we pay some of this, losing a bit of profit for these orders, in the aim of coming to a reasonable delivery price.

​ When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Please note the customer is responsible to pay any additional costs such as taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees if these arise. Import charges can vary widely but are usually based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please note customs may cause some delays for delivery.
